Once your order has been dispatched we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Using your tracking email
Open the dispatch email we sent you and select the tracking link. This is the quickest way to see where your parcel is.
Through your account
If you placed your order while signed in, you can view its status at any time from your account.
Guest orders
Every order confirmation email includes a View your order link that opens your order status page. No account needed.

Note for the store owner: to embed a live tracking lookup form directly on this page, install a tracking app from the Shopify App Store and place its block here. Until then, this page points customers to Shopify's built-in order status page, which works for every order.
