Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number if you provide one, and the contents of messages you send us.
- Order information. What you bought, when, and the status of your order.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and limited details such as the card type and last four digits. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Device and usage information. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to handle returns and refunds — necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To communicate with you about orders and respond to enquiries — necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To detect and prevent fraud and to keep the store secure — our legitimate interests.
- To send marketing emails — only where you have consented. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- To understand how the store is used and improve it — our legitimate interests, or your consent where cookies require it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with parties who need it to provide the service:
- Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf.
- Payment providers, which process your payment.
- Delivery carriers, which need your address to deliver your parcel.

International transfers

We keep order records for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, which in the United Kingdom is generally six years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
